I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this company. My move went well until about 2 hours after they left, when I was unpacking, I realized that some of my stuff wasn't there. I was missing a large box and some free weights. After they completed my move, the movers were going to take some of my things I wanted donated to a local church for donation. Mind you, everything I wanted donated was clearly marked DONATION in large letters on the boxes and bags and the box they donated said "Rikki's kitchen things". I immediately called them and told them about the missing things. The mover I talked to said the church was probably closed but he would have his partner call me because he didn't have the church's information. 2 days later, still no phone call, despite me calling the mover 3 more times. This dodging game continued for the rest of the week. It is now I week later and I've been told that the box they by accident donated was picked through that night and most of it was donated. The mover told me he managed to get my picture frames with my pictures in them back. That was 3 days ago and he now continues to dodge my phone calls so I can get those back. I have requested multiple times to get the name and number of the church to see if I can find some of my stuff and I have yet to receive that information. The main office has been useless and has yet to offer me any compensation. On the contrary, they continually tell me how this mover is trying to get my stuff back "out of the kindness of his heart". I would phrase it more as fixing his error. I'll be updating more as I continue to try and get my things back from them.
