"These guys were very helpful in informing me of all the prices for a release from the truck in the lot for parking in a fire lane and when I was unable to come up with the money on the spot, they allowed me to make an appointment at 2 am to come pick it up so I could get to work the next morning. They were very polite and a week later I was able to call them for a friend's car and got the same helpful service. I appreciate all their helpfulness especially considering how the other tow companies have treated me."
