I cannot even begin to tell you how thankful I am for your company and the professional advice of Jim Hesler.
I called Anthony this morning after receiving a pricey quote from another company for a new air conditioning system. ((At this point the $6,000 - $8,000 job is not an option.)) Jim came out just a few hours later and gave me some of the most incredible news.
I do NOT need a new system. My current system - though it is old - if functioning properly. The problem was that the ductwork was disconnected in THREE places in the cellar and all the cold air was being pumped into the cellar!! Almost none of it was being directed into the actual building.
Unbelievable.
This is news I received AFTER paying another company $200 to tune up my current air conditioner and assess what I needed to do to get this building cooled for the summer. Trust me, I am preparing to have serious words with the previous company.
I mentioned this to my father, who is a general contractor and landlord of 26 nice homes. He said he will also contact your company for his work in the future.
