I recently had Anthony install a new A/C andfurnace. I had the opportunity to work with Steve Burbridge (owner) andjust by getting to know him through the process I learned that customersatisfaction is incredibly important to him all the way from a business standpoint to a personal level and he will go to extreme measures to guarantee yoursatisfied. Chris did the install and he showed up on time, worked hard,was very personable, and most of all did a masterful job. He even cleanedup some of the mess the builders installers left leaving the install joblooking perfect. Before he left he spent over and hour testing thesystems and air flow to make sure it was perfect. I began this project ofgetting a new HVAC system assuming every company did the same quality work butafter seeing what my old system install looked like and then seeing thecompleted install done by Chris I now know that is not correct. Anthonywill tell you there guys are the best at what they do when selling youa system but if you use them they will actually prove that to you which israre in the home improvement trades, trust me, I believe I have found all thepromise and don't deliver contractors in KC. I now firmly believe thatthere is not better insurance or piece of mind you can buy for such a largepurchase for your home then using Anthony for a new HVAC system andmaintenance. I know this sounds like a commercial but that was just myactual experience with Anthony and with an involved owner that cares about hiscustomers.
