Encore Better Homes has been great. We are in the home stretch of a giant kitchen gut remodel (as well as most of our 110 year-old house). Jim at Encore Better Homes is a top-notch professional who has earned a solid reputation in the St. Louis and surrounding area. Jim spent considerable time on my Kitchen project! So if your design is smaller I imagine Jim is just as thorough. While I had a good idea of what I wanted and wanted to use my own plans Jim convinced me to use his planner. And WOW they designed a much better kitchen than I ever could have. He KNOWS his stuff and the ins and outs of Kitchen materials and the best way to get through a remodel using top notched materials. He also recommended specific appliances, sinks, and cabinet hardware at very good price points - even though they were not the cheap ones I wanted these where nicer and cost less! Our kitchen looks amazing - and it isn't even finished yet. Jim and his guys are fast, clean, polite, on budget, and on time. It is a pleasant surprise to have such a painless experience with a contractor! I wish all of them could be as good. From planning to shopping, to installation, a great experience all around.
