When I searched for plumbers in the Charlotte area, South End Plumbing were the only ones I could track down that didn't have a service charge. I had a very hard time finding someone who didn't charge just to come and look at my problem. It was sort of an odd situation, in that the house was brand new. There was a defect in one of the toilets, which they found for me. They were more than willing to help out.
Since the unit was new, I had to go back to the builder to have the problem fixed. And even though I didn't use South End to fix the problem, they did a great job with the diagnosis, at a fair price. They were on time, and very nice and professional. They were also clean, and nicely dressed. The overall experience was good. I have dealt with other plumbing companies before, and South End is the best I have found.
