Review content:
This martial arts school is for everyone in the family. There are classes for all fitness levels. You can kickbox or do technical kickboxing, fitness ball classes, martial arts training in TaeKwonDo as well as Hapkido and Judo. There are programs for ages 3 years old on up. Families can train together in martial arts. There are two studios and classes often run simultaneously. They also offer video training and private lessons to individuals. It is a marvelous family environment, teaching morals, character building and martial arts tennents. Their website offers training and gear for sale.
