Review content:
I had a problem with my garage door and I needed to have someone come out and take a look at it. Another company came and said that I needed new rails and a new door, then gave me an outrageous estimate, so I went in the phone book. I had no idea who Access Commercial Door Company was, or that they were very far from where I lived, that they were about 30 minutes from Pleasanton. When I called the woman who answered the phone was really nice and really knowledgeable. She said they do work all over the Bay Area and that she would send a technician to take a look at my door.
The technician came on time and was really respectful of my time, my property, and my dog. He took a look at it and said the rails are find and that the door looked like it was new. He thought that I needed a new motor, and I asked him if it was alright if I just picked one up at a hardware store and then they could install it. He told me that he could probably get if for cheaper or the same cost. He agreed to a price comparison before I agreed to the service, and he was able to get the motor I wanted for $25 cheaper, so I said he should go ahead and do it.
Armando came out and installed it for me. He did it in a couple of hours, he was here right on time, and everything was great. I have had no problems with anything.
