I have used Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service twice. The first time they came and replaced a thermocouple and a water heater for me. The young man who came out did a great job. He was thorough, efficient and very personable.
When we had them out for a second job, to replace an old water valve, we had a different technician, but it was an equally good experience. Because the house is pretty old, the water valve was quite a bear to get at. He did a really good job with it. We have not had a problem with either projects, and it all works as it is supposed to.
I appreciate that Bonney Plumbing is upfront about the cost. I always know what the cost is before they start the project. In fact, they have a booklet that states prices for all different projects. That type of open disclosure really lets me know that they are honest and don't try to pad the bill at all. It is definitely a good value for the money.
