Review content:
I used Bonney Plumbing last month. It was really good. They were on time, called before they showed up, and did everything as they said they would do it. It was very expensive, but I know the industry and everyone is expensive. In terms of expense it doesn't matter who you call.
This was my first time using them, though my mom and dad have used them. They have a good marketing campaign, so it was mostly name recognition. The young man, Danny, was great, and the whole thing worked out really well. He didn't have the specific part we needed, so we arranged to meet again the next day at the same time.
I have two Australian Shepherds, and when I told him that I have dogs that would want to meet him he told me to bring them out. He loves dogs, and they followed him around the whole time he was there. When he left, one of my dogs was lying be the door waiting for him. I'm a dog guy, so that made the experience a lot easier.
Danny was very interactive. He told me what he was doing the whole time. That type of employee is what you want as a company. I will probably always ask for Danny when I call Bonney Plumbing.
