Review content:
When I called Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service they told me what should be done and how much it was going to cost. They were very upfront. They showed me what the problem was and explained the fault of the system I had. They were also able to reconnect the air conditioning to the new furnace, which saved me the price of buying the second unit.
Bonney Plumbing did what they said they would do in the time that they said. They were efficient and came on time. After they completed the job they completely cleaned up after themselves. When I called them to come recheck the unit for followup they immediately came out. They also did all the legal work required.
I am a single, older woman with little knowledge of these units. They explained everything to me and were very patient with my questions. I am very pleased with the service.
