Review content:
I've been a customer of D & M Heating & Air Conditioning for about eight years now. They come in twice a year, once to service my heat and once to service my AC. I was using another company before and they kept raising their prices and raising their prices! I told that company to stick it!
The people from D & M always tell me what's going on, and take their time to explain what needs to be done. They aren't ashamed to show me what they're doing. The usually send Tim out, and he takes care of both things for me. He gets along great with my dog! I'm usually in 7th heaven with he's here. Everybody at D & M is very reliable, well-trained and take great care of their customers!
I think they are perfect. I've never had a bad experience with them throughout the years I've been using their services. They are "yes" and "sure, we'll take care of it" people. They know how to treat their customers. I always take a bunch of their business cards to hand out. I can't say anything less than good things about them. I'm sure they treat all of their customers like they treat me!
