The gentleman, Jody, from Cottman Transmission Greensboro was very nice. He showed me what was wrong and it made sense to me. The thing that sticks our for me about my first experience there, was the way I was treated. Usually, when you go into a shop, as a woman, they'll try to pull things over on you. I felt like I could trust him and what he said. That means a lot to me. I've been back since that first time because I appreciated the treatment I received there.
Cottman gives me a time as to when things should or will be done. They are very nice and courteous there. I definitely will be back!
