I deal with all the auto repairs, and I've gone to many different shops and always felt the mechanics were very condescending to me and I hate taking my car for repairs or service. Somebody referred me to Cottman's Transmission Greensboro so I decided to try them out. Honestly, my very first experience there wasn't very good. I took my car there to be serviced and the next day it was leaking all over the place! I was pretty livid. However, when I took it back to them, Jody was very apologetic and took it right in. I was ready to go all "New Yorker" on him, but he completely stood behind his work and handled it like a professional. That was my very first time, and it would have been my last if he hadn't taken responsibility for it and fixed it. That was over two years ago, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Jody is great! He takes time to explain things to me and is never condescending. I never get the feeling that he's trying to push anything over on me. I always feel like I'm getting a fair deal and that they are honest and not trying to take advantage of me. They always go above and beyond for their customers and are willing to help me any way they can or to answer any questions I might have. They really know what they're doing there and I don't get the feeling their just guessing their way through repairs. I highly recommend them to anybody!
