I think one of the great things about Glass Tree Care is that they are a proactive company. They have always done a great job showcasing other options that I hadn't thought of before, or that might be good for the future. They are not looking to up sell their services but are genuinely looking to explain why it might benefit you or prevent something from happening again.
I have probably used them for 7 years. They are a family owned business, and there is a lot to be said about that. If there is a problem or issue I can call and know I will talk to someone with authority to make decisions. They also support the community; I always see them doing things for local charities.
They are very good with customer service. They go over and above to make sure your experience was a great one and go over and above to follow up to make sure it was done correctly. That is a rare thing right now. I think it stems from being a family run business where they have kept the same high standards starting from the first Mr. Glass down to JP now.
