After having surgery and spending a couple of nights in the hospital, the last thing that I needed was to have my kitchen flooded by a leaking dispose-all. I explained all this to the service and they told me that they could have someone at my home FIRST thing on Friday. I asked what time that would be and they said 8:30. The service tech didn't get here until after 9:30. And all he wanted to do was "upsell" me to other services such as toilet replacement etc. I understand that these are tough times and businesses need to get more business. BUT I am not feeling well and I finally had to tell the guy that I just wanted to get the disposer fixed! That was also expensive - $229 to re-install the garbage disposal.
