Review content:
Energy Savers of Columbus are a great company. I have been using them for fifteen years, and I'm very happy with the service. I use them mostly for normal, standard maintenance type of work. They are always professional, and know what they are doing.
Most recently, I had them replace a grip pan that was leaking. It was an older part, and they didn't have a spare one on hand. After determining the root of the problem quickly, they ordered the part from their supplier and expected to have it in in a few days. Unfortunately, their supplier was slow and the part took almost two weeks to come in. This wasn't Energy Savers' fault, however. When it comes to the actual work, and things they have control over, they do a great job.
