I've been with Japanese Connection since 1996, and they have always done a tremendous job for me. One experience in particular really glued me to them. I had a busted strut on a van, and I was supposed to be moving that day. I called them and they were packed, but they told me to bring it in at 11:30. By 12:30 I was completely repaired, and that really sealed the deal for me.
I even go to them for oil changes. The repair quality is tremendous. We had a Rav4, 2001, and we got many extra miles out of it than expected, and I know that is because of the repairs given to me by Japanese Connection. They go out of their way to make sure their customers have a great experience, and they are reasonably priced.
