Review content:
Japanese Connection goes out of their way for their customer. The last time I was there, there were some warranty issues and Japanese Connection went out of their way to work with the insurance company in order to resolve it. I have used them for almost a year.
They are fast, and they explain things to me. For me, as a woman, I sometimes go into repair shops and they don't really believe what I have to say. The Japanese Connection employees listen to what I have to say and ask questions to make sure they understand my point of view.
They will work you in. I have dealt with other places that will tell me the car will be done in a little bit, and it takes 4 hours to finish. That is not a little bit to me. Japanese Connection gives me an exact time and works me into their schedule. They are good to work with.
