I started going to Independent Automotive back in 1990, when I bought two Hondas and needed a shop to go to. The thing that keeps me going back there, is their honesty. They won't try to sell you something you don't want or need. I don't know of anybody who does that. Even the parts they put on my car are of high quality, not low end, because they guarantee their work, so they want to do their repairs with the very best parts available.
I also appreciate that they explain and even will show you a video about what is wrong and where the part is on your car. They are always on top of things. I've never had a problem with them or Gary. I highly recommend their services to anybody!
