Honestly, a 0 isn't a low enough score. I ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary. When I picked up the arrangement they looked great, 2 days later not so much. I called and she said that she would give me a credit, but that she would like to take the old flowers back to see what was wrong with them. I told her ok, and someone came by a little later. I then got a phone call from her saying that I hadn't watered them, which I had, and that I was a liar and that she would not honor my credit. She continued to call me a liar as I tried to talk with her. I was very much insulted by the manner at which I was dealt with in a very flawed product. You will have a great deal more luck getting some flowers from the grocery store, They will last longer and be much cheaper. *Update My wife went in to talk to them and some guy, not sure how he is affiliated, screamed and yelled how they have never had to deal with "people like you" and wouldnt even let her have a word in edgewise. I was disappointed in them before, now I am utterly disgusted.
