Review content:
Although I am grateful for the free hair cut for my daughter it was a waste of time and cost more when I had to go get the disaster they cut fixed!. First of all the lady was rude making us wait for over 45 minutes when she was sitting on her butt in her chair the whole time. They told us she was to busy! there was like 10 staff and only 2 kids back there (no other clients)...My daughter has naturally wavy hair and she did not even wet it down to cut it.. She sprayed like one spray on the bottom and then cut it.. I COULD see the wave in it! no way it would be even .. and then I said something and she gave me a look and snipped it again.. after she was "done" my daughter stood up and I went over to look at it.. There were several pieces hanging below her chin that were like an inch to long (she had 5 inches cut off) it was so noticable I could see it without my glasses and 20/300 vision. I do not know where these people were trained but what a waste of almost an hour and half
