This is by far the WORST dog grooming shop ever!!! Do not take your pets there, they hurt my dog. My dog got his left eyelid cut up. Dropped my dog off at the groomer went there pick up my dog, my dog had swollen eye, took the vet the next day. The vet exam him and told me that part of his eyelid was cut that’s why his eye was swollen and white stuff was coming out of his eye. Went back to groomer and told her what the vet had said and she kept saying that my dog was like that when I dropped him off. I’m 100% sure my dog was didn’t have a red and swollen eye. I wouldn’t even take him to the groomer I saw my dog in the condition. They kept denying that my dog got hurt there. After going back and forth arguing with her about what she did and she kept denying and that she had to pay my vet bill. I told that I was going to make sure all town of Branford would know about what kind of service she has there. After that she was screaming telling me to get out there like a crazy. She was acting like crazy and very unprofessional, she needs a class in customer service!!!! Oh yeah the original charge for the service was supposed to be $50 dollars when I pick up my dog and pay for the service they only change me $40, after seeing the vet even the vet said, wow you get a $10 off for getting your dog’s eyelid cut off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!
