If I could give these people 0 stars, I would. We've had 2 families rent our property since we decided to rent it out instead of sell, and Martini Investments has been awful. Our old neighbor would call us and tell us all the shady things that Martini was doing to the renters. These people are non-responsive lazy liars. We'll email them or call them and they won't answer. Our tenants will email them or call them and they won't answer. It takes a number of attempts at contacting them for them to get anything done. Our latest renters told us that they notified Martini in June that they'd be moving out at the end of July. Martini told us just a couple of days ago (July 23rd) that the renters just told them that they would be moving out. LIE. Now we have almost no time at all to try to re-rent the house. Their office manager quit last year, and before she did, she told us that we shouldn't trust Martini and that she'd seen some shady things going on, which is why she quit.
