Review content:
Went for a cleaning last week and had an appointment at 8:00am. I was first on in the office and I was the last in the waiting room till 8:30. Finally I was called back and had x-rays which I was told was no-cost. That was a lie she charged me almost $300.00. Oh and they took about 15 x-rays cause she could not work the equiptment. (At least she assured me it had low radiation) They were rude when I set up the appointment and I had a estimate done to get a porcelain tooth fixed and she quoted me at $1300.00 dollars out of pocket and I have insurance. Then I get a letter in the mail with the wrong first name on it saying they made a mistake and would be only $800.00 out of pocket. If they dont care about your name, they probably dont care about you. Its all about $$$$. She also charged me $80.00 billed to my insurance for the 30 seconds that she came in the room to see me once the hygentist was done. Would never recommend a dentist that makes over $1000.00 an hour. She and her office are pathetic.
