Review content:
I went to this new place with three other friends. We all tried either the sirloin or filet mignon steak on a rock. It was a fun and new adventure! You cook the meat to your liking on an individual hot piece of granite. The rock stays hot for 45 minutes (fine for three of us, but if you are a slower eater and like the steak well, then you may run into a cooler rock than you need at the end of that time). Two of us like our meat on the rarer side, so a good trick was to keep our meat off the rock and just cook a bite sized piece. If you like it more well done keep turning the meat on all sides and you get a good even searing all around. The meat was tender and delicious. My friends liked the steak sauce, but I found it a bit too salty, though not bad in flavor.
