I dropped my car there for warranty work. Some of the work was done. Unfortunately all of it was reported as being complete. They were apologetic when I called. It was fortunate that I checked, though. In addition to the incomplete work, they forgot to screw in the housing for one of the brake lights, so the whole assembly fell into the trunk.
This was on top of the annoyance of having the change stolen out of my car. Now I feel compelled to check to ensure all of my CDs and other items are still in the car (I don't have time for this nonsense, and will have to look over the weekend).
Sadly, this performance exceeds the low expectations I have for anything BMW. BMW of Sterling charged me for maintenance work that was not completed... twice. I'll review them next.
