After successfully conning quite a few numbers of people, Jay Mulein now wants to seek protection from the court under the pretext of going bankrupt. The truth is that Jay Mulein has swindled millions of dollars from people all across the United States. Mulein approaches the people with the offer of providing them free insurance. Mulein conveniently asks for the insurance premium of the first year as a loan, only this loan is never repaid. Mulein makes payments of small amounts every now and then but the major portion of the money is left unpaid. Currently, there are a number of court cases going on against Jay Mulein, most of which he has lost already and others too are mostly against him.
