I have been a member of Mechelle's Way for over 12 years. First as a Martial Artist, I am now a 2nd degree Black Belt. Then as a Cardio Kickboxing student. I enjoy the workouts Master Smith gives and I also enjoy the way she keeps the classes interesting and fun. Her workouts are designed to burn body fat and tone every muscle group. But the one things she does that no other Cardio KB program does is, she teaches the self defense aspect of each technique we do. As a Black Belt I am aware of how important this is in order to learn safety issues for both the body and the mind! Go to Mechelle's Way you'll be glad you did. :)
