I recently dislocated and fractured my wrist and had to get surgery on it, before i went in to get cut open i saw Paul and he gave me an awesome blend of herbs that helped me stray away from the nasty pain meds you get after surgery and he also did some acupuncture and massage on my wrist and forearm that after a few weeks of none use had tensioned up. After my surgery i saw Paul again to get another blend of herbs that really helps to calm you down and relax muscles. Thanks again Paul!
