Businiess name:  YesmyBride: Custom Made Dresses
Review by:  Denyce R.
Review content:
I want to leave a review for a wedding supplier called Yes My Bride. They operate both in the United States and in Europe. Their websites sometimes claim that they are a US based business, and sometimes claim that they are a French based business. Both are lies, because they are based in China. We ordered my daughter's bridesmaids dresses from them about two months before her June 30, 2012 wedding. At first they guaranteed that the dresses would arrive no later than June 10, but when they didn't arrived on the 10th they guaranteed tha they would be here no later than the 21st. That was the last that we heard from them. The dresses did finally arrive five days after the wedding was over. (We had to drive 100 miles to Billings, Montana the day before the wedding to buy new dresses.) The company refused to refund our money, or even to return our emails. The dresses were wrapped in a weird cloth-like paper that was torn in several places. We didn't open them - we just refused delivery, but we could see through the tears in the paper that the dresses weren't even the right color. Also, the whole package stank strongly of chemicals. Although the dresses had been mailed from withing the US, the paper on the outside had Chinese characters printed on it, so we're pretty sure that they were made in China, sent to their US address and then sent out to us. Fortunately, we had paid through PayPal, and they ruled in our favor and returned our money a couple of weeks after the wedding. Please be VERY careful if you have dealings with this company!
