Review content:
If "complete customer satisfaction" is their goal, they were way short of that with me. I hired them to do a simple mulching job for my garden. The Director of Sales, Scott Waring, recommended compost instead. Within a week new weeds appeared. I had spent 2 years physically removing every weed in that area, preparing the soil for a nice garden. When I called him to say I very unhappy with the results, aftrer about a week his crew came by to spray the weeds. His crew leader has a stuttering disability, which made it hard to communicate. His "helpers" stated "No habla Englesa". When I asked one of them, in English, "How do say weeds in Spanish, he understood perfectly well what I was asking. The result of that was dead weeds in the areas with no plants, and still live ones taking root and spreading directly beneath the plants. After still another weeki, he called me early. When I told him I was getttimg ready to go to the hospital, he became very insulting and rude. i WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND URGE YOU TO NOT TO HIRE THEM AS WELL. THEIR WORK IS UNACCEPTABLE.
