I came to this store on 2 separate occasions.
#1, I took my grandmother here to get her dress altered for a wedding. The place did a fantastic job and was very affordable. However, they did not have the dress done on the original promise date. We had 3 weeks until the wedding and the seamstress pushed my grandmother's dress back a week. Once she was done, it was fine.
#2, my sister took her bridesmaid dress here for alterations for a wedding that she was going to be in in a month. The seamstress (who seemed to be the only one working there) promised her a date of a week. My sister called a few days before to see how the dress was coming along, and the lady said it was coming along fine. We went to pick up the dress on the scheduled pickup date and come to find out, the lady did not work on her dress at all! We were very disappointed and would have taken the dress elsewhere, however it was such a convenient location and we did not have much time left. The lady made another promise date. We came back and realized that only part of the dress was worked on and it was not finalized. We had to come back a third time. In the meantime, the wedding was getting closer and we were losing time. My sister ended up noticing that the lady did not hem as much as she should have and was tripping over her dress at the wedding.
DO NOT go here for alterations! They will push you back no matter how important your occasion is! Steer clear! Empty promises!
