Review content:
Whitpain Green is a family/kid oriented club which is perfect place to get a membership for the summer - especially if you have kids... it has a fairly large pool, areas of lawn for lounging, picnic tables, basketball courts and a snack bar. Most of the pool is usually filled with boisterous kids, the shallow end usually crowded with mothers and younger kids, but there are a few lanes tied off for older swimmers, and the deep end with a diving board is also sectioned off. Set in a neighborhood, kids that are old enough can get dropped off (or can bike or walk there themselves) for a fun day of outdoor activities. The snack bar has snacks of the fries/chicken finger variety, as well as water ice. If you prefer going when there aren't so many kids, go in the evening... sometimes you can get the whole pool to yourself (a severe contrast from the crowded daytime).
With the membership you can go as often as you want, and bring in guests for an additional fee.
