Review content:
Took my girlfriends car to get windows tinted. Upon picking the car up we noticed the door panels were severly melted on both front door panels. The leather on top of the door panels were melted from him keeping the heat gun near the bottom of the tint too long. Bill V, immediatly said he didnt use a heat gun on the doors, just the back window. We found he tried to touch up the melted panels with a black paint or sharpie marker.. (which he denied) These melted areas where not small areas but, 5-7 inches long and an inch in diameter!!! It looked like Stevie Wonder was handling the heat gun...to make it worse you would think he would have learned from his first mistake melting the first door panel, but he did it on BOTH DOORS!! He wouldnt fess up to it, but said he would fix it. He sent a mobile interior repair guy who did a absolute horrible job fixing it and got overspary all over the new tinted windows, the interior and exterior!!! Then after days of him not answering the phone, he calls and makes up a story saying he didnt do the tint, his worker did..its funny when we showed him the melted panels, he immediatly without hesitation said HE didnt use a heat gun on the front windows! Turns out he doesnt have any employees its just him. We called him every day with NO response back from him for 5 weeks until the last message we told Bill we were going to sue, then he decieded to call his insurance company. If Bills mouth is open, then hes lieing to you. He is a horrible business man and doesn't care about his work or his customers (we are a 3rd time returning customer). Its been over 5 weeks and we still dont have replacment door panels and still are finding overspray in places inside and out of the car! My new car doesnt feel new anymore because he made the interior feel like it should be at the junkyard. If you want a bad experience, terrible work, wasted time and nothing but lies, then Bill at All Seasons Glass Tinting is your man! This experience would have been way easier if Bill would have called and said he
