I just recently had a new a/c unit along with a new air handler installed. Willie G. was one of the install techs. He was extremely nice , very knowledgeable & really took extra measures to make sure my experience was positive under the circumstances. He went the extra mile on a very long & hot day. He was on time & wasted none of his or my time getting started & staying with the project until completion. He even swept up the insulation that had fallen onto the floor from the attic stairs @ completion.
I've had many of Conway Service techs in my home along with my parents. We are long time customers & I must say that he & his partner by far exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend him to family , friends or anyone who is in need of this type service.Great attitude & a high character gentleman for sure!
