Review content:
My fiance went to get his hair cut there, and got one of the worst haircuts he's ever had. He has long, curly hair, and told the stylist not to take too much off. The stylist proceeded to cut it WAY too short, and now it just frizzes. The worst part was, our wedding is in two weeks, and his hair is ruined no matter what happens.\r \r To make matters even worse than that, when he called the next day to express his displeasure, Soho refused to refund his money ($48 for a men's haircut!! Outrageous!). They offered either to fix it (how? by gluing his long hair back on??) or to give him a discount on a future haircut (so they can ruin it again?). Not to mention that we're moving out of state - neither option was going to work for us. They would not let us speak with the owner, were incredibly stubborn about their "policy" and in the end we have no choice but to deal with the credit card company if we want our money back.\r \r I'm extremely disappointed with SOHO - for the kind of money t
