RIPOFF!!!\r
We used the Living Social deal-paid $60 for what was supposed to be a $120 value: cut, “all-over” color (which was listed in the details) and a condition. I dropped my 15-year old daughter off because they said it would take 3 hours. My daughter called me later and said that when the color washed out it was bright pink. I returned to the salon, where the stylist and (owner?) revealed that they had already (without my knowing), applied a second color to her hair to fix it and that I would be charged $50 additional. The owner tried to tell me that the Living Social deal was only a $60 value when in fact it STATED $120 value...she said the deal included only 4 ounces of color (the amount for a root touch-up, which was NOT what was listed in the details of the deal). She said they had already applied 3 times that and I was still getting a good deal. I feel totally ripped off-they should have consulted me first. We will not be returning, obviously.
