went into the salon with beautiful dark hair. I wanted a few beige highlights to lighten it up..NO GOLD i told the girl Katherine i wanted no gold in my hair and ask her befor she started could it be done. She told me she could do it and i was in there for 6 hours she did a bleach wash and then redied my hair dark even though i wanted it lighter and when she was done i had dark hair with orange streeks i looked like toney tiger. Several stylest in the shop were shocked at the job she did. I came back to have it redone and fixed and left again after 3 hours with GOLD frizzy hair. The manager Doug told me to come back a THIRD time and they would get it right. After paying $150 i went into the shop a third time and the girl said it couldnt be fixed and dyed my hair back dark. so after all that time and money i still have the same dark hair but in verry poor dry frizzy conditon from everything they did to it. I ask the OWNER Jim could i get a refund or if not just for them to cut my hair a
