Review content:
Remodeling a kitchen is such a huge deal that we put it off for quite some time. If only we had known about Hugh Hobus and RCH we would have started much earlier! We love the final product and have to say that the experience was excellent. RCH came in on budget and ahead of time!! These guys really know what they are doing!
The planning was very thorough. We had a great exchange of ideas to finally come up with the design and materials we wanted and the end result proves it. We have a kitchen that is just right for our family and lifestyle.
During the process our day-to-day contact was always polite and professional, with a good sense of humor too! The work site was always clean. The subcontractors showed up when they said they would.
With a big project there will obviously be minor hiccups along the way, but it is how they were dealt with that shows the true professionalism of RCH… quick to respond and always focused on providing excellent customer service.
We would definitely recommend RCH to anyone undertaking a kitchen remodel.
