Randy, In my experience in real estate investing of buying and selling 5 homes over the past twenty nine years, I have attended each property inspection. Your property inspection process and report it is by far the most complete report I have ever seen. Not only were more items found that may need attention than in any previous inspection, but you took the extra time to educate me of items which were not in disrepair, but may need attention in the near future. As a buyer it would have saved me numerous headaches and substantial expense if I had been represented by you and your firm, Omega-H Real Estate Inspections, in all my past real estate purchases. Thank you for such a thorough and easily understood report done in such a timely manner. I will recommend you to all my friends, family and professional associates.
