I have been taking MSM for the past two years. I worked for a computer manufacturer and I am having allergies very bad I searched through many website and after a long search I grabbed http://www.goldcrownnaturalproducts.com/products/MSM-%7B47%7D-MSM-Supplements.html and brought Msm Supplements. After about three days, my allergies almost entirely disappeared. The allergies did not completely disappear, but my allergic threshold was greatly increased. Thank you so much for the information on MSM I still take it once a day and actually feel much better taking it. I would highly recommend it.
