Businiess name:  Menards

Review content:
We purchased a 3 panel window PeachTree door from Menards and had it installed on April 14, 2012. Three days later it rained and every window in the door leaked. I had to put cake pans to catch all the water. I was up until after 1:30 am and got up at 4:30 am to find the cake pans almost full. We have hardwood floors and I was very concerned about the rain making a mess of them. The contractor came over and put plastic over the door. Anyway, it is now May 19, 2012 and we still have the plastic on our front door. Tacky. The only assistance we received from Menards was PeachTree representative name. We were on our own. The replacement parts are going to be sent from PeachTree to Menards. Menards are clueless when the parts will come in. Again, we are on our own. If you would like pictures I have plenty. My concern is that the plastic will no hold if we have a bad storm. Again, we have hardwood floors. My stuggestions is to deal with a window and door firm that put in doors and window and will service if there is a situation.
