In todays market, a Seller's Market, it doesn't make sense to pay a sales agent a full 3% commission to sell your home. Assist to Sell offers the same services you get with an regular agent at a fraction of the cost. Call them before you sign up with a regular agent & they can explain how the flat fee replaces the commission. You can even try it briefly with a short contract. In todays market it just doesn't make sense wasting your money on a sales side commission - but do be prepared to pay a commission to the buyer's agent (the standard is 3% to buyers agent).
