This is by far the worst dog grooming shop ever!!! Do not take your pets there, they picked my dog up by the hair on her back and threw her into their back room, only to realize there were not any kennels available,and then thrown into their office!!!! After being there all day, they called me , we went there only to find my dog had not been groomed and to be verbally abused by the owner Eddie. He basically threw my dog at me and told me she was handicapped, which there is nothing wrong with her!!!! I am glad he didn't groom her I know he would have been abusive. He was acting crazy and very unprofessional, he needs a class in customer service!!!! He needs to be shut down to save future pets the from mistreatment !!!!
