Review content:
We had our dog groomed @ Dees and he came out with the worst groom ever. His hair was matted and wet so I complained and the man @ the counter offered a re-do @ no charge. He said we couldn't get our money back but the groomer could re-do it. Why would we want them to do another groom if they could not do it the first time. While we were there a woman was very upset because her dogs tail had been cut off @ the tip of it. She was crying but the man she was talking to told her to calm down so we figured that was so other customers would not hear her. He even told her to not come back. We will pay higher prices somewhere else to get a saFe cut that is done right the first time. We don't trust dee or her incompetent staff. We will not go back.
