Nick, Dave P and Josh arrived on time. Nick explained what they would be doing and everyone got right to work. They covered my wood floor to protect the area. All three were very courteous, respectful and kept me informed at different stages of the process. All three worked very quietly, quickly and finished ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the system, it is very quiet, has kept us warm and has rarely turned on. I am looking forward to a good customer/company relationship as they maintain our system each year. Both my husband and I felt we recived a fair quote and the installation was flawless. Thank you Action Air!
