I recently traded my minivan for a 2012 Chevy Malibu. While the husband did not see the big deal for why I wanted the Sunroof feature on the Malibu - Todd did! Going from all that space the sunroof would help with my emotional transition. LOL
Todd Kirkpatrick was extremely knowledgable, super funny, and cared about finding us the car that had all 3 of my "must haves" (Remote start, bluetooth, & Sunroof). He even drove us down the road to where they had about 100 more Malibus parked, he walked out in the rain, & never once groaned about it me chaning my mind 3 times!!!!
The young gal that gave spoke to us after our purchase was very pleasant & knowledgable as well. I cannot remember her name :(.
Bryan Matthews....could not have asked for a nicer Finance person. He made sure we fully understood all the information on all the extended warranties as well as the gap insurance.
We will definetly be back when we are ready to trade our other vehicle!
