I have moved all over the country and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. We have severely damaged furniture, but what is more disconcerting is the fact that many items have just disappeared under their supervision. They said they will send us a claim form and it has been almost a month...still nothing. Kim, which is the only person I could talk to said she knows where my (very expensive) area rug is and that it didn't get tagged and they didn't know what to do with it. She promised to ship it UPS, but I haven't gotten it. Other missing items include office chairs, art table, boxes and large glass that fits into our coffee table among other items. Now the only number for Tryon Moving is not working. 919-776-4127. Looks as if I will need to go there and see if I can get my stuff back. They have a storage that is supposed to be bonded, but they store things in piles and looks as if anyone can take what they want. Wow.
