Their prices are a little bit high compared to other dentists in their area and there are quite a bit of dentists in the surrounding area. I had an issue with some work they did and was basically blown off. I had asked to have the dentist come and see me about it but the receptionist, I guess, has the expertise to make the dental decisions, instead of the actual dentist to come and see what the problem is as I had requested. If this is how follow up is treated then I would highly recommended checking out some of the other dentists in the area as there are plenty. Understanding that it is still a business, there should be some care about the patients healthcare. Everyone else has rated that they are good about getting same day service but I believe it is because they do not have many patients to deal with and that should say a lot. Do yourself a favor and check out the other dentists in the area.
